A non-refunable deposit of $400 is required for each traveller to secure your booking. (This amount is deducted from your overall tour fee.)
We currently accept payments by BPAY, Electronic Funds Transfer and Cheque. You will receive a Tax Invoice with further payment information on completion of booking.
From time to time photographs from the various tours will be used on authentic Flavours web site or advertising merchandise such as special memories disks given to Travellers following the completion of Tours. Each Traveller is required to complete a Photo Release form allowing us / not allowing us to use these photos. Click here to view the Photo Release Form.
Failure to complete this form will be seen as permission to use the photographs as we wish, to promote Authentic Flavours Wine and Food Tours.
As the consumer it is your responsibility to make sure you have read all terms and conditions outlined in your tour.
